Open the image in Photoshop. Go to Edit > Colour Settings > Working Spaces. Set the image mode from RGB to Adobe RGB 1998. This creates an improved colour space. Next, go to Window > Histogram > Histogram Window Options and change it to All Channels Mode. The Histogram will now show you the details for every channel, instead of the one that is selected. Judge by the Histogram which channel is the outlier.

Close the Histogram window and make a curves adjustment layer.  Next, open the Curves window by going to Image > Adjustments > Curves. Alt + Click on the highlighter slider until the very first pixels on your image change. Both the Info tab and the curves tab must be in viewed in a separate window.

Select the eyedropper tool and shift + click on around 3 different areas to select multiple tones. Select her cheek in normal tones point 1, cheek in mid shaded tones point 2 and a neutral colour like her jumper point 3 this works as it is grey which is considered a neutral colour. After doing this it was obvious that blue was the overused colour. Switch the curves from RBG to Blue. Select the Hand icon in the curves window, and then select point 1 and point 2. These points will now appear on your curves. Select a mid-point in between these two curve points, and move the curve so that all the numbers in the info tab for each colour are balanced. This colour corrects your image.
